About

Wylde Wisdom is about creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect and remember what they already know deep down.

Whether that’s through one-to-one coaching, women’s circles, retreats, sound and wellbeing experiences or our work with organisations, we bring together the things that help us feel more like ourselves - movement, mindfulness, sound, nature, honest conversation, connection, play and a healthy dose of self-belief.

For women in particular, we create space to stop putting themselves last, quieten the noise and start listening inward. When we reconnect with our intuition, our bodies and our own inner wisdom, something shifts. Clarity returns, confidence grows and we become more willing to say yes to the life we actually want.

When we trust our own wisdom, we make braver choices, have better conversations and create lives and workplaces, that feel more human.

That’s WYLDE WISDOM. A little less doing what we’re told, a little more listening to what we know. A space to pause, reconnect and step into whatever comes next with more confidence, connection and a bit more magic.

Meet the Team

Alex & Sarah met for the first time in 2021, although they had both attended Birmingham University at the same time. They knew that they wanted to collaborate straight away. Over the last couple of years this plan has come to fruition with them delivering workshops, retreats, sound baths and Women’s Circles together. Alongside these events and drawing on their holistic training and combined corporate experience, Alex and Sarah create wellbeing offerings designed for the realities and pressures of today’s corporate environment, helping employees feel more balanced, confident, and empowered at work.

Alex is a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, trauma-informed coach, Menopause mentor, Yoga teacher and IMPART-trained specialist accredited by the International Menopause Society. Her work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, shaped by navigating major lung surgery, mental health challenges and profound life transitions.

Alex blends yoga, meditation, mindfulness and embodied coaching to support women through 1:1 sessions, classes, retreats and programmes, both online and in person. She has a passion for weaving together “geeky” science with spiritual and intuitive practices, helping clients create a way of being they may have long dreamed of but never thought possible.

At the heart of Alex’s work is a deep respect for real life. She believes self-care should be supportive, sustainable and adaptable - not another thing to strive for or get “right”. Drawing on a rich mix of disciplines including energy management, self-compassion, nervous system awareness, nature connection and the quantum field, Alex supports women to build nurturing practices that truly fit their lives, honour their needs and reconnect them with their innate wisdom.
