Retreat Terms and Conditions

1.  It is the attendee’s responsibility to check their booking and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct.

2.  All payments made by the customer are fully refundable to the customer, in the event of the retreat being cancelled by Wylde Wisdom for any reason. Alternatively, payments will be transferred to an alternative retreat at the customer’s agreement.

3.  In the event of cancellation by the customer there is no refund payable but at the discretion of Wylde Wisdom may be moved to a future event or transferred to another person.

4.  Due to situations beyond our control, Wylde Wisdom reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements may be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.

5.  Wylde Wisdom are not held liable for travel costs or transfer costs.

6.  Wylde Wisdom accepts no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any form of transport.

7.  Wylde Wisdom reserves the right to alter any facility, accommodation, or activity.

8. Should an attendee need to leave the event before the end, for any reason, it is their responsibility to arrange transport although Wylde Wisdom will assist where possible.
